These Terms & Conditions govern your use of strawberrysessions.com, your purchase or use of tickets, merchandise, and other products or services offered by Strawberry Sessions, your participation in our text messaging program, and your attendance at Strawberry Sessions events.
Strawberry Sessions is operated by Lucas Treptow LLC in Prairie City, Oregon.
By using our website, purchasing a ticket or product, registering for an event, participating in our messaging program, or attending a Strawberry Sessions event, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use our services or purchase tickets or products from us.
Tickets are valid only for the event, date, and admission type for which they were issued, unless otherwise stated by Strawberry Sessions.
Admission may be subject to event-specific rules, venue requirements, capacity limitations, age restrictions, safety requirements, or other reasonable conditions announced before or during an event.
We reserve the right to verify tickets and refuse admission for tickets that are invalid, duplicated, fraudulently obtained, improperly resold, or otherwise not authorized for use.
Unless otherwise expressly stated at the time of purchase, all ticket sales are final.
If Strawberry Sessions cancels an event for reasons within our reasonable control and the event is not rescheduled, the original ticket purchaser will be eligible for a refund of the amount paid to Strawberry Sessions for admission. Fees charged separately by third-party ticketing or payment providers may be subject to the policies of those providers.
If an event is postponed or rescheduled, previously issued tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled event unless Strawberry Sessions announces a different policy.
Refunds are not automatically provided because of changes to the artist lineup, performance order, set times, event schedule, food or beverage offerings, or other event details.
Live events are subject to change. Strawberry Sessions may add, remove, replace, or reschedule artists, modify performance times, adjust event hours, change event programming, or make other reasonable changes when necessary.
Artist lineup changes, schedule changes, or changes in event programming do not by themselves entitle a ticket holder to a refund.
Strawberry Sessions may need to postpone, relocate, modify, or cancel an event because of circumstances beyond our reasonable control. These circumstances may include severe weather, wildfire, smoke conditions, natural disasters, government orders, public safety concerns, utility failures, venue closures, transportation disruptions, illness, emergencies, or other circumstances that make holding the event unsafe, unlawful, or impractical.
When an event is affected by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, Strawberry Sessions may, depending on the circumstances, provide rescheduled admission, a ticket credit, a refund, or another reasonable remedy. The appropriate remedy will be determined based on the circumstances of the affected event.
Unless otherwise stated for a specific event, tickets may be transferred to another person for personal use.
Tickets may not be commercially resold, offered for resale above their original face value, used in unauthorized promotions or giveaways, or otherwise used for commercial purposes without written permission from Strawberry Sessions.
Strawberry Sessions is not responsible for fraudulent, duplicated, invalid, or unauthorized tickets obtained from third parties.
Admission rules for children and minors may vary by event and will be communicated through the applicable event information or ticket page.
Parents and guardians are responsible for determining whether an event is appropriate for a minor in their care and for providing appropriate supervision while attending.
Strawberry Sessions may require minors to be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or responsible adult when appropriate for a particular event, venue, or activity.
Alcoholic beverages may be available at certain Strawberry Sessions events when legally authorized.
Alcohol may be purchased or consumed only by individuals who are at least 21 years of age. Valid government-issued photo identification may be required.
Strawberry Sessions, the venue, licensed servers, vendors, or other authorized personnel may refuse or discontinue alcohol service when reasonably necessary to comply with the law, licensing requirements, safety policies, or responsible service practices.
Guests are responsible for consuming alcohol responsibly and for arranging safe transportation when necessary.
Food and beverages available at Strawberry Sessions events may be prepared or provided by Strawberry Sessions, independent vendors, caterers, community partners, or other third parties.
Guests with food allergies, intolerances, dietary restrictions, or other concerns are responsible for asking the applicable food provider about ingredients and preparation practices before consuming food or beverages.
Unless expressly represented otherwise by the applicable food provider, Strawberry Sessions cannot guarantee that food or beverage items are free from allergens or cross-contact.
We want Strawberry Sessions to be a welcoming, safe, and enjoyable environment for guests, artists, volunteers, staff, vendors, and members of the community.
Attendees must comply with applicable laws, venue rules, safety instructions, and reasonable directions from event staff.
Strawberry Sessions may refuse admission or remove an attendee for conduct that is reasonably considered unsafe, threatening, abusive, harassing, excessively disruptive, unlawful, destructive, dangerously intoxicated, or materially interfering with the event or the experience and safety of others.
When an attendee is refused admission or removed because of their own prohibited or unsafe conduct, Strawberry Sessions may decline to provide a refund.
Strawberry Sessions events may be photographed, filmed, or otherwise recorded for documentation, archival, publicity, promotional, social media, or marketing purposes.
By attending an event, you acknowledge that you may appear incidentally in photographs, video, or audio recordings of the event, including crowd, stage, venue, and atmosphere footage. Strawberry Sessions may use such event imagery and recordings in connection with the promotion and documentation of Strawberry Sessions and future events.
If you have a particular concern about being prominently photographed or recorded, please contact us before the event or speak with event staff. We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests where practical, although we cannot guarantee exclusion from general crowd or background footage.
Attendee photography or recording may be limited when necessary to respect artists, performers, venue requirements, copyright restrictions, safety, or the experience of other guests.
Attendees are responsible for their own personal property while attending Strawberry Sessions events.
To the extent permitted by law, Strawberry Sessions is not responsible for personal items that are lost, stolen, misplaced, abandoned, or damaged during an event, except where responsibility cannot legally be excluded.
Attending a live event involves ordinary risks associated with public gatherings, live performances, changing weather, crowds, sound levels, movement through a venue, food and beverage service, and other normal event activities.
By attending, you voluntarily accept the ordinary risks reasonably associated with participating in a live event.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions is intended to waive or limit any responsibility or liability that cannot lawfully be waived or limited under applicable law.
Strawberry Sessions may offer merchandise, apparel, physical goods, digital products, or other items through our website or at events.
Product availability, descriptions, pricing, taxes, shipping charges, fulfillment details, and other applicable purchase information may be displayed on the relevant product page or during checkout.
We make reasonable efforts to display products and pricing accurately, but we may correct errors, update information, or cancel an order when necessary because of an obvious pricing error, unavailable inventory, suspected fraud, or another legitimate reason. If we cancel an order after payment has been collected, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Any specific return, exchange, shipping, or fulfillment terms displayed on a product page or during checkout are incorporated into these Terms & Conditions for that purchase.
